1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ASW Connect ("the Platform"), operated by Adaptech AI LTD trading as ASW AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

ASW Connect is a B2B platform for the aviation route development industry, providing directory services, marketplace functionality, AI-powered intelligence, and collaboration tools for airports, airlines, tourism boards, travel agents, hotels, technology companies, and consultants.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Registration is subject to approval by our team
One account per individual; organisation accounts may have multiple members
You must be authorised to represent the organisation you register for

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate aviation industry purposes. You may not:

Provide false or misleading information
Use the Platform for spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment
Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Platform
Use the Platform to compete directly with ASW Connect's services
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Platform security

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, features, and content are owned by Adaptech AI LTD. Data and intelligence products provided through the Platform are licensed for your professional use and may not be redistributed without permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (organisation profiles, marketplace listings, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a licence to display, distribute, and use it within the Platform to provide our services.

7. Free Access Period

ASW London 2026 delegates receive free, full access to the Platform for a minimum of 12 months from the platform launch date (April 28, 2026). We will provide reasonable notice before transitioning to a subscription model.

8. Marketplace Transactions

The Platform facilitates connections and transactions between members. We are not a party to agreements made between members. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of marketplace listings.

9. Data and Intelligence

Data and intelligence provided through the Platform is for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data, forecasts, or recommendations. Business decisions should not be based solely on Platform data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adaptech AI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
